How it runs

How we
work

Three stages, two to six weeks depending on scope.

  1. 01

    Frame the engagement

Together, we pin down precisely the means that will help you reach your strategic and operational objectives. Our method relies on one-to-one interviews with leadership and with staff from each department, plus an in-depth interview with the IT team where there is one.

  2. 02

    Analyse processes and infrastructure

We first help you map your business processes — an essential step to improve how departments work together. We then carry out a stocktake of your infrastructure, network, hardware and existing software.

  3. 03

Identify strengths, weaknesses and room for improvement

Once we have examined your company's strengths and weaknesses from an IT perspective, we propose solutions suited to your needs and your structure: corrective and preventive actions for a system that performs better, is more secure and costs less.

Alignment

From strategic objective
to concrete lever

An audit is pointless if it doesn't connect the tool to the business decision. Three examples of that translation.

01 · Objective

Launch two new products a year

Lever

Bring in an internal project management tool to improve exchanges between R&D, prototyping and production.

02 · Objective

Grow the customer base by 5% a year

Lever

Set up a CRM to sharpen business development and the follow-up of the sales team.

03 · Objective

Hire to sustain growth

Lever

Roll out an HR management tool: recruitment, training plan, annual reviews.

From small businesses to groups. The method stays the same — framing, analysis, roadmap, rollout — only the depth of the engagement changes. Many of our engagements begin with a short audit at SMEs of 20 to 250 people.
